Mission answers the question: "What business are we in?"

Our mission is simple:  Many generations growing together in love and connecting the next generation to Jesus.

Many generations:  That's who we are--people from every age and every walk of life.

Growing together in love:  Iron sharpening iron as one generation disciples the next.

Connecting the next generation to Jesus:  Reaching out to help others take their next step toward Jesus.

Vision answers the question: "what kind of community do we feel god wants us to become in the next 1-2 years?"

God's vision for us is this:  To be a church that is inviting neighbors to experience Jesus with us.

Inviting:  Many people we encounter didn't grow up in church so don't know much about Jesus.  Regardless of whether you've known Jesus a long time or you have more questions than answers about Him--we want you to know you're welcome here to check Him out.

Neighbors:  Neighbors are anyone in our circle of influence--friends, co-workers, our favorite barista or waiter, yes even our next-door neighbor.  We believe the best way to love your neighbor as yourself (Matt 22:39) is to point them to the One who can bring hope and peace.

Experience Jesus with us:  We want to people where they are in life and help them take their next steps toward knowing Jesus.

Our Core Values

Core values describe who we are as a church and they shape how we go about doing what we do for the Lord.

Prayer

We value prayer as an essential part of God's work.

Caring

We are a family that cares for each other.

Relational

We are welcoming and friendly so we can build relationships.

Growing

We are committed to growing together in love to become more like Jesus.

Missions

Connecting the Corvallis community and the world to Jesus is our main task.

Commitment

We are committed to doing things well for the Lord because His work deserves no less than our best.

Bible Centered

The Bible is the foundation and authority in our lives and work.

Generous

We are generous with our time, our talents, and our treasures.

We will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the LORD, about his power and his mighty wonders. So the next generation might know them, even the children not yet born - and they in turn will teach their own children. So each generation should set its hope anew on God.
